He is also the Managing Trustee of Bharat Marhi Seva Nyas - a charitable trust in the field of vocational education working in his village in district Bijnor UP.
He was also granted “Macro Research fellowship from Indian Institute of Banking & Finance in 2014 with cash reward of Rs 2.50 Lac.Published Six papers in leading National & International journals.
